Position: Customer Service Executive
Pay Rate: £22,000 -£24,000 - Depending on experence
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon -Fri (37.5 hrs a week)
Location: Peterborough - PE2 6XE
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Customer Service Executive to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- To manage the day to day event vehicle requests from Brand, client contacts and their third party agencies
- Matching vehicles to requests, arranging transporters and ad hoc items as requested.
- Ensuring systems are updated and all parties communicated to in timely manner
- Manage request sign off procedure ensuring vehicles/transport is booked to correct contract for invoicing.
- Support vehicle ordering to ensure latest models are available for event usage.
- Provide support to the Demo Customer Services Manager with projects and other initiatives required to effectively manage the programme.
- Monthly invoicing and back up and sense check the data before sending to the brands 3 working days after month end
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills with a min of 3yrs + experience
- Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
- Experienced in using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Management of P/O and invoicing Experence - Desirable
